Mission Statement

The Muehl Public Library facilitates access to ideas, information and recreational reading to enhance the quality of life for all the people of the Seymour area.

Library Board

The Library Board meets during the first Monday of each month, excluding the months of July and December. Agendas are posted in the library, and the public is more than welcome to attend.

January, 2010 We bid adieu to Gary Sass, Bill Collar, and Kris Peters who each completed six years of service to our library. It is with much gratitude that we acknowledge their contributions toward making our library great! Taking their places are Sue Barth, Jay DeBruin, and Matt Brugger. Jeffrey Crooks has stepped up to be President of the Board for 2010. Thank you, Jeff!

Staff

The Muehl Public Library is staffed by a full-time director, and 5 part-time assistants:

Volunteers

Local libraries everywhere benefit tremendously from the time and effort that volunteers continually give of themselves each year to their library. The Muehl Public Library has been blessed with many contributions over the years, and this year is no exception.
